So here is an Pacman Lite iPhone app, where you can catch the same excitement on your iPhone. Pacman Lite is a free version game developed by Namco games.

I felt playing through accelerometer is quite fun comparing to the other two.
The game exactly replicates the retro music and the old look. Sadly the free version has 1 level, but if you want to check out the full version, its quite expensive at $7.99. But if you really like playing Pacman go for it and it worth of paying the price.
